New Patient Appointment Request

Thank you for choosing CareFirst Pediatrics! To request an appointment, please submit the mobile-friendly form below. We need to verify your insurance and create your child’s chart before scheduling. Please wait for our office to contact you within 1 business day. Be ready to provide ID, your insurance card, and your child’s immunization records.

CareFirst Pediatrics is a Primary Care Clinic with one physician, Dr. Anitha Singh. We are not an Urgent Care facility. Same-day New Patient Sick Visits are very limited and only for families planning to establish care with Dr. Singh.​

We recommend contacting your health insurance provider to obtain the most updated network participation status, as online lookup tools are not always accurate. It is important for you to understand your insurance benefit details for wellness and sickness visits, as having insurance does not mean that all visits will be covered at 100%.
